Political Violence in America

We’re all very shocked about the recent political violence, but I’m not sure we should be. Donald Trump has been stoking the fires of violence, demonizing anyone who doesn’t agree with him. Violence and threats against our politicians and public servants are on the rise, and have been for years. All we have to do is look back to the history of 200 years and we see that every civic advance has been met with reactionary violence, and today is no different. As we cover in this podcast, there's a problem in a country where 78%+ Americans support stricter, more responsible gun control, and yet we can’t seem to get it passed because of one minority party.
