Why DEI?

Why not DEI? So here’s the deal. Many, many studies have been done, and without conscious intervention, people, humans, have this implicit bias problem we struggle with. This may change with intentional cultural realignment, but there’s very little appetite for that in the United States. Such a thing would almost certain require a ton of advertising, and footing the bill for that might be a bit of a tall order. But we can set some goals for our wider community.
