Something Wicked…

Jack Smith is closing in on Trump. It’s safe to say that the trial is going to begin soon for any of the multiple legal issues outstanding. For some reason, however, there’s still a fair amount of concern )(among us as well) about whether the trial will actually see Trump unable to run for the office of President of the United States.

So what?

Right now, watch any of Trump’s rallies on the campaign trail. He and his ilk spend an inordinate amount of time promising revenge. Revenge for what? For expecting the rule of law to matter in this great country. That’s what. But a lot of folks are fired-up to the point where they’re all too willing to look past his affronts and hitch their greed-driven wagons to this maniac. This bodes poorly for our nation. We need to show us, and everyone else, that the rule of law matters.
