DEI Hiring 101

Let me tell you a story.

A long time ago, there was a society in which most women and minorities were legally restricted from owning property or having any agency in their own lives. So nobody at Right and Freedom are surprised that Donald Trump, and the current administration, are trying to blame black and brown folks for the recent crashes, even after there’s a hiring freeze across the organization responsible for guaranteeing safety of our skies, and they’ve forced the leader of the FAA down because the muskrat got his feelings hurt. And yet, they are still blaming DEI for this?

We’re not surprised. This is a tried-and-true strategy from the history of the United States. The point being that we can’t let them get away with this…again. We can’t continue to allow the devaluation of black, brown people, and people with vaginas. It’s ridiculous. Come listen and get the rest of the story. Together, we can turn the tide. But only together, and only if we fight. #RightAndFreedom
