Voting is Hard

Don’t worry, though. Donald Trump will fix it for you. “You’ll never have to vote again.” Hyperbole? Exaggeration? I mean, who are we to decide, right?

Wrong.

When someone says something, especially someone who you don’t know all that well, you must take it at face value first. He said, of our representative democracy, that you will never have to vote again. You…being an American Citizen. Not voting? That can only be interpreted a single way: that you will not have the right to vote again.

To opine anything other than what was said was just weird. We should be alarmed by this blatant call for authoritarianism, which, coupled with Project 2025, and Trump’s successful and continued use of the Big Lie to warp the minds of his base, we should be more than alarmed at what he’s said.
