Saved Rounds

In the USMC, when shooting on the rifle range, saved rounds were whatever bullets you didn’t get to shoot. These would be meticulously accounted for and returned to the armory. The terminology in USMC training took on additional meaning: something which was saved for the end, yet was still very important. This could be a topic, a highlight, or a take-away.

From podcasts of Right and Freedom, Saved Rounds are bite-sized take-aways that each individual contributor adds toward the end. These range from 1 to 6 minutes in length and cover aspects of the week’s podcast. Want to know what we think without waiting an entire hour? Saved Rounds are your way to see how Right and Freedom producers think and what’s closest to our hearts.
